Community Link is a collaborative welfare to work project contracted by HCJFS to provide thorough assessment, barrier removal and work assignments for Ohio Works First consumers.
The mission of Community Link is to provide "Ohio Works First" recipients with coordinated services to facilitate their transition to work placement and self sufficiency.
